TMM are delighted to be partnering with our client, an Energy Service business, who are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance & Reporting Manager to join their team. This role will support the Finance Director while leading key financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the Finance Team to deliver high performance
- Deliver monthly management reporting packs to the parent group
- Manage monthly forecasting processes and annual budgeting activities
- Provide financial analysis and strategic support to the Finance Director
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across international operations
- Partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders including Operations, Commercial, Engineering, and HR teams
- Drive process improvements and support business decision-making
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accountant
- Previous Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
- Experience within international finance operations
- Strong ERP systems knowledge, with SAP experience advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
