- Perform thorough cleaning duties in commercial, hospitality, or residential settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Handle waste disposal efficiently and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create safe working environments for yourself and clients
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and preferences
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
Experience
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
- Hotel or hospitality experience provides valuable insight into maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials enhances service quality
- Experience in customer service helps in building positive relationships with clients
