Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and private practice in Morecambe, Lancashire.
This is an excellent opportunity to take over an established patient list within a modern, fully digital practice offering a balanced NHS and private workload and excellent long-term earning potential.
About the Role
- Contract: Full-time or part-time considered
- Start Date: Immediate
- Working Hours: 09:00–17:00, with flexibility available
- UDA Rate: £14 per UDA
- Private Split: 50%
- Lab Bills: 50/50
- Patient List: Established list in place
- Excellent opportunity to develop private dentistry alongside NHS
Ideal Candidate
- Open to all levels of experience
- Confident delivering general NHS and private dentistry
- Keen to develop private income alongside an established NHS list
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented with a professional approach
Practice Details
- Mixed practice – approximately 60% NHS / 40% private
- 4 surgery practice
- Fully digital using Dentally software
- OPG and intraoral scanner available
- Established patient base
- Free on-street parking available
- Excellent local transport links with a bus stop approximately 50 metres away
- Convenient access to the M6, approximately 5–10 minutes' drive away
Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist
- Active NHS Performer Number
- Right to work in the UK
