Job Overview
We are seeking ideally an experienced and dynamic Subway Team Leader to work as part of our team, assisting with daily operations within our busy hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for Subway, and a solid background in a fast paced food environment. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and maintaining excellent customer service. The position offers an opportunity to lead a motivated team in a fast-paced setting, contributing to the overall success of our establishment. At the same time we are also looking to hire Sandwich Artists to support our team and be customer facing with tasks set by the line manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise in the absence of store management, to ensure smooth daily operations and key store tasks.
- Oversee food preparation, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas.
- Motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor customer service levels, addressing any issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Maintain organisation within the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with management on stock control, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a fast paced food service restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
- Experience in team management and leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with Subway operations, including serving and hospitality services.
- Previous experience in roles in Subway is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
