Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator who has window & doors industry experience to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.Responsibilities:- Computerise data and maintain electronic records- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and organising paperwork- Provide administrative support to staff as needed- Type correspondence, orders, emails, and other documents accurately- Utilise tasks- Maintain clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and emailing documents- Ensure organisational efficiency within the officeExperience:- Proven experience in an office administration role as well as window industry experience. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail- Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic accounting principles- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively- Good phone etiquette and communication skillsBenefits:- Competitive salary based on experience- Supportive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration Requirements:- Previous experience in an office administration and experience in the window industry with knowledge of the ordering process for the role is essential.
