Qualities required
Experience in lettings and property management
- First class communication skills at all levels.
- Professional approach with strong work ethic
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong diary management skills
- Hungry to succeed and driven by targets and generous bonus payments.
- Full Driving Licence
What does the job involve ?
Rental Viewings
Qualification of portal leads from new tenants
Excellent Landlord care
Excellent tenant care
General letting and property management duties.

Package - circa £35,000 PA plus bonus subject to performance.
Hours- 8.45- 5.30pm weekdays and rota-ed Saturdays with a day off in lieu

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
