Based at our site in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.
Our growing Company provide nationwide pet cremation and specialist waste management services to our clients from our four locations and we are looking to recruit reliable, flexible, honest and hardworking drivers based at our Tewkesbury site. With good customer & people skills you will be an ambassador for our Company by which customers and the general public will judge us. You will be capable of driving up to and including 3.5t vehicles ensuring that all legislative requirements i.e. drivers hours and Company procedures are adhered to.
This is a full time permanent position working a minimum of 45 hours per week Monday to Friday, starting times vary depending what role you would be doing.. Flexibility for occasional early starts and weekend working would be an advantage.
This role is a for full time position (45 hours per week).
Warehouse Operative – You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Picking of stores.
- General housekeeping.
Driver – You will need:
- A full and clean UK Driving Licence.
- Personable interaction with veterinary staff.
- Be able to undertake manual handling of heavy items.
Cremator
- Required to contribute to the smooth running of the Company, you will be working as part of our team who deal with the provision of pet cremations and veterinary and specialist waste management services. The successful candidate must be a flexible team worker who is physically fit and able to undertake manual handling of heavy items. The ability to be empathetic and understanding with bereaved members of the public is also essential.
You will be responsible for helping the team with the following duties:
· Operating equipment and machinery to include Fork lift trucks.
· Prioritising workload through incinerators to achieve the best balance of quality throughput and fuel usage
· To ensure all Company documentation and records are completed accurately and according to Company procedures
