Duties
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, fillings, extractions, and other treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials, ensuring cleanliness and sterilization standards are met
- Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering reassurance throughout their visit
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations
- Support infection control protocols by sterilizing equipment and maintaining hygienic clinical environments
- Organize appointments efficiently, managing schedules to optimize patient flow and reduce waiting times
Experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent patient care with empathy and professionalism
- Basic IT skills for managing electronic health records and appointment scheduling
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of nursing principles, infection control standards, and dental procedures is advantageous
