We are looking for an Operations Advisor to join our Operations Team. This is a part-time role, working 17.5 hours per week, preferably over two full days and one half day. The working days will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:
· Responding to customer enquiries, providing advice and support, or referring customers where appropriate
· Setting up new accounts and managing all related processes and paperwork
· Processing customer requests and arranging appointments within target timescales
· Liaising with colleagues, contractors and suppliers to arrange required work and monitor progress
· Working in a busy office and providing administrative support for other departments
Experience in the social housing sector would also be beneficial, but is not essential.
