About the Role
We are looking confident, organised and commercially minded Publishing Partnerships Managers to work closely with the Director.
The role combines business development, client management, project coordination and Director support, with a focus on publishing partnerships across the USA and Canada in senior living, retirement communities, hospice care, in-homecare and healthcare sector.
You will research prospects, identify key decision-makers, make outbound calls, sending emails and media packs, arrange meetings, maintain CRM, and work alongside the sales and production team to help manage project from initial contact through to completion.
Main Responsibilities
- Research and source new publishing partners
- Updating and maintaining prospect databases
- Make outbound B2B calls and make follow-ups
- Send professional emails and media packs out
- Arrange meetings and presentations on teams
- Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline
- Support proposals and partnership pitches
- Manage client communication and project deadlines
- Maintain strong ongoing client relationships
- Support the Director with meetings, calendar management
- Prepare presentations, reports and prospect information
- Resolve client and project issues quickly and professionally
We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' relevant commercial or client-facing experience
- Confident making outbound B2B telephone calls
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experience using a CRM or customer database
- Good Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 skills
- Strong research and prospecting ability
- Comfortable communicating with senior decision-makers
- Able to manage multiple clients, prospects and deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline
Experience in publishing, media, advertising, healthcare, business development or account management would be advantageous but is not essential.
A university degree is not required. A Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE), A-levels, college qualification or equivalent is preferred. GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or equivalent are also preferred.

Tuesday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm
These hours provide overlap with clients and prospects across the United States and Canada. Some flexibility may occasionally be required depending on the territory being targeted.

A qualifying project is one that has been successfully secured, contracted and managed in line with company requirements.
