We are looking for a daytime Barista for shifts between 10:00-18:00, we have some flexiblity on the start and finish times. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
- Manage till operations, handle transactions efficiently.
- Restock supplies as needed to keep the station fully equipped for busy periods
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to serve customers promptly without compromising quality
Experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
- Experience in serving or customer service roles that involve engaging with diverse guests
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Coffee Art
- FoH and waiting experience
