Customer Service Advisor – MALDON CM9
The position available is for a Customer Service Advisor of 40 hours per week in our store based in Maldon, Essex
Your main responsibility will be to guarantee our Customers an excellent level of service and ensure company standards are of a high level

Main Responsibilities include:
Customer focused position
Dealing with enquiries from prospective and existing customers face to face and via telephone
Understanding targets of the business and working towards meeting these targets Complying with the Health & Safety Legislation
Ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently Ensuring all daily and ad hoc tasks are completed to a very good standard
You will use quieter periods to contribute to marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and generate new business
Carrying out store housekeeping, cleaning and ensuring the store is always presentable
Administrative tasks such as following up on customer debt, customer account queries and dealing with new enquiries
Completing Customer contracts and ensuring all paperwork is 100% compliant Ability to multi task in busy situations
Skills, Experience and Candidate Profile:
Very good Knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel / Word and Outlook)
Excellent IT skills and telephone manner
2 Years Minimum experience in a Customer Service Position, Sales and Administrative role
Team player and enthusiastic to join and contribute to a fun and constructive work environment
What we offer:
40 Hours per week
£27,000.00 - 27,750.00 per annum (Depending on experience)
Your shift’s will be given to you on a rota’d basis and you will receive a 4 week rota in advance which will consist of the following days
MON, TUES, WED, THURS FRIDAY: 8 hours shifts between 8-6pm
SAT: 9-6pm Full day shift
SUN: 10-4pm Full day shift
4 WEEKS TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED (Between 2 stores)
20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays per annum
