LG Caring is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated waking night Support Workers to join our team providing high-quality support to individuals in their own homes and supported living environments.
About the Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide overnight support to service users, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night. You will play a vital role in promoting independence while delivering person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing emotional and practical support during night shifts
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting individuals with daily living needs
- Monitoring health and wellbeing throughout the night
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Responding appropriately to emergencies and safeguarding concerns
- Promoting dignity, independence, and choice

- Previous care or support work experience is desirable but not essential
