Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Head barista who has hands-on experience running coffee in a busy cafe.
We’re a small, collaborative team where everyone contributes and shares responsibilities across the bakery. We’re looking for someone who’s a true team player, eager to grow with us, and passionate about continually improving our craft.
As a Head Barista you will lead our coffee operations, making sure every drink is up to standard, presented well and delivered quickly.
Working week for this position is 4 days - 9hrs a day

Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily coffee operations
- Dialing in grinders and maintaining consistency throughout the day
- Delivering consistent high quality coffee
- Looking after FOH stock and deliveries
Requirements
- Skilled in latte art
- Minimum 2 years experience in a specialty coffee setting
- Confidence dialing grinders
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team
- Reliability and a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00 per year
