Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety
- Support clients in following their personalized care plans, respecting their preferences and needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a friendly and trusting environment
- Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and their families regarding care routines and progress
- Use IT systems to update records, document care activities, and track client information accurately
- Drive company vehicles when necessary to support home care visits or transportation needs
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a secure environment for everyone
Skills
- Experience providing home care services is highly desirable
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans effectively
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients, families, and colleagues
- Good IT skills for managing electronic records and documentation efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, respectful approach towards clients of all backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
