We're looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our Client Services team, supporting customers across a range of services that help them meet their packaging obligations and make more sustainable decisions.
This role sits at the heart of our customer experience.
You'll provide day-to-day support to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive timely responses, accurate information and excellent service throughout their relationship with Ecosurety.
From supporting customer enquiries and maintaining records to helping coordinate regulatory communications and reviewing incoming data, you'll play a key role in helping our customers succeed.

Provide high-quality administrative and customer support to a large portfolio of clients, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer enquiries covering everything from account access, invoicing and administration through to directing customers towards relevant guidance, submission requirements and regulatory information.
Support the delivery of client communications, including reminders, invoicing, event invitations, surveys and regulatory updates.
Manage and maintain customer information across internal systems and CRM platforms, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
Review incoming customer submissions and carry out quality checks to ensure information is complete, accurate and ready for wider business use.
Work closely with colleagues across Client Services, Compliance & Data and the wider business to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery and support the ongoing development of our customer offering.

Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum, depending on skills and expeirence
