Your role
As a Research Lead within our Insight Department, specializing in Oncology, you will take a leading role in delivering large‑scale international research projects :
Manage full lifecycle of research projects (from proposal/design fieldwork analysis
- delivery)

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met

Contribute to research design, proposals, and costings
You will operate in a dynamic, matrix-based environment, working closely with internal teams and clients to design studies based on client briefs, oversee product implementation and provide input to generate high‑impact insights that support better healthcare decision‑making.
Beyond project execution, you will act as a senior cross-functional contact point for quality and validation, ensuring that all critical stages of the research process are reviewed, aligned and formally signed off against high methodological and quality standards and consistent with the client’s brief.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop relevant questionnaires (from scratch) for healthcare respondents (including physicians, patients, nurses…)

Lead international market research projects end‑to‑end, coordinating teams to deliver on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards, while acting as a senior contact point for quality and validation across key production stages, including pharmacovigilance oversight.

Serve as a main point of contact for clients for the duration of the project, building strong and trusted relationships

Analyse study data and translate findings into clear, insightful, and impactful reports and presentations

Support the delivery of research results including strategic recommendations to clients

Mentor and support junior researchers

Help maintain a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Who are you?
We are looking for a client-focused and analytically minded professional with a passion for healthcare market research, as well as:

A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research or a related discipline, preferably combined with a scientific background

7+ years of experience in quantitative market research (ideally in Oncology)

Experience working on global/international projects

Comfortable working with clients and colleagues across multiple time zones, and experienced navigating cultural and geographically diverse team dynamics

Advanced Excel (pivot tables, statistical functions, database management), PowerPoint and ideally Power BI
-
Experience with AI tools and digital methodologies to enhance research and keen to work in tech-enabled, agile environments

Strong organizational and analytical skills
