Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Manager to lead and oversee groundworks construction or infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within scope, budget, and schedule. As a Site Manager, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain high standards of quality and safety across the site. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily site operations to ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to align on project goals and schedules
- Monitor progress against project timelines using tools like Primavera P6 to identify potential delays and implement corrective actions
- Oversee site safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage on-site resources including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to optimize productivity
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, progress reports, incident logs, and change orders
