- Qualified and experienced Mortgage Broker
- Self-employed and comfortable managing your own clients
- An existing client base and ability to generate your own business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, motivated and able to work independently
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team without being micromanaged
