Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays, pro-rata for contract term Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday. Minimum of 37.5 hours per week, with occasional additional hours when authorized and necessitated by needs of the business.

The Role The Client Development Manager is accountable for their own portfolio of clients, managing client relationships, delivering revenue budget and supporting the growth of existing client accounts. They will also explore opportunities with new organisations, develop stakeholder relationships and convert opportunities that align with the company's ideal client profile. It is a varied, often challenging role offering unrivalled exposure to leaders in multi-national organisations who expect the very best. The Client Development Manager works closely with colleagues across the business to develop opportunities, build stakeholder relationships and ensure an exceptional client experience from initial engagement through to project completion and review. A core part of the role is working closely with Client Directors to build our business with Ideal Clients, who are blue-chip, multinational businesses that take a multi-year approach to building commercial skills. This role requires a self-motivated and solutions focused individual who enjoys a challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the unique learning and development experiences offered to clients. The role is offered on an initial six-month fixed-term contract basis, with the potential to extend subject to business requirements and performance. The role is home-based, with travel required to attend client meetings and company events. There is an occasional need to start earlier or finish later to work with clients in different time zones. Strictly ConfidentialAdditional responsibilities within the scope of this role Client Account Management: Understand clients' needs and offer customised solutions to drive business growth Create client quotes, proposals and supporting materials as required Build effective working relationships with all key client stakeholders Be the main point of contact for assigned clients and, where issues occur, liaise with relevant colleagues to resolve the situation Identify opportunities to expand business through stakeholder connections, referrals and cross-selling solutions and services Plan, prepare and run client meetings with clear objectives, outcomes and actions Prepare presentations that bring to life Precision Learning methodology and Precision Suite learning solutions Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies, achieve KPIs, drive revenue and secure payment Manage the client experience, ensuring colleagues and associates have clarity on project scope, plan, deliverables and standards Ensure scope, deliverables, measures of success and commercial arrangements are clearly agreed Compare client contracts with EFG contracts, identify areas of conflict and propose solutions or negotiated outcomes where required Ensure framework agreements/contracts are dual signed and purchase orders received prior to booking confirmation Ensure a seamless transition through effective handovers to the Project and development Team and relevant internal stakeholders Complete all client documentation, store and update our CRM system and proactively obtain information required by internal departments Define measures of success and lead review and development meetings Monitor project and account profitability to ensure company gross profit targets are achieved Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products or services and actively seek further recommendations Contribute insight to commercial strategy through client, market and competitor analysis Copyright © Expression for Growth.
