We are looking for skilled and motivated Curtain Wall Fixers to join our growing façade installation team. The successful candidates will work on a variety of high-profile commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across London and the South East.
You will be responsible for the installation of curtain walling systems, aluminium glazing systems, rainscreen cladding support systems, windows, doors, and associated façade components in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of stick and unitised curtain wall systems.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings, installation details, and specifications.
- Setting out and fixing brackets, mullions, transoms, and framing systems.
- Installing glazing panels, spandrel panels, doors, vents, and associated façade components.
- Ensuring all installations are completed to the required quality standards and tolerances.
- Using hand tools, power tools, and access equipment safely and effectively.
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues to site management.
- Working closely with supervisors, project managers, and other trades on site.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Following all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Assisting with material handling and ensuring materials are protected from damage.
- Completing installation records and quality documentation where required.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Curtain Wall Fixer or Façade Installer.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium curtain walling and glazing systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Experience working on commercial construction projects.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Good understanding of construction site health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Own tools and PPE.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Qualifications
- IPAF Licence.
- PASMA Certification.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Curtain Wall Installation, Façade Installation, Glazing, or related trade.
