Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to carry out high-standard cleaning duties. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
This is a flexible zero hours contract role, allowing you to choose when the work is completed each day (within a 7am–7pm window), making it ideal for those needing adaptable working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain welfare areas including toilets, showers, kitchens, and communal spaces
- Ensure all tasks are completed to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment provided
- Communicate professionally with site managers and report any issues or supply needs
- Follow site-specific protocols and wear required PPE at all times
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a cleaning role or similar position is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take pride in your work
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
