Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our busy Commercial Waste division based from our office in Swinton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full sales administration support to the Head of Sales and Business Development Managers.
This role involves working and contributing towards a highly customer focused environment where organisation, attention to detail, time management is critical and a highly professional customer service approach.
Your principal duties will be:
- Inputting leads produced by our sales consultants onto our CRM system
- Help managing the pipeline from leads to quote sent all the way to live site
- Sending quotes and contracts to potential customers
- Producing risk assessments including accurate locations & photos to help our drivers carry out smooth and prompt services.
- Issuing payment links consisting of direct debit and advance payment links for customer to activate before delivering any containers
- Taking payments from customers over the phone
- Setting up companies, contacts and sites on our operational system and booking deliveries for bins, skips and Fels ensuring the pricing inputted is accurate and setting up a service schedule
- Liaising with subcontractors for any additional services not covered on our own wheels e.g. food waste, clinical waste etc.
- Answering general phone calls and assisting with the query or passing to the relevant department to help
- Assisting with reports and ensuring the deals on the CRM system are in the correct deal stage
- Cleansing the data within the CRM system
- Assisting resolving customer and supplier queries
- Updating prices and schedules for upgraded contracts or setting up new accounts for customer business name changes etc
- Other adhoc duties e.g. producing waste and weight reports for customers if requested and generating mileage spreadsheets for the sales reps to send to payroll
Previous experience in the waste industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
