Customer & Sales Support Executive
Location: Edenbridge
Salary: £28,000–£30,000
Hours: Full-time
Working arrangement: Office-based, with one fixed day working from home after probation
I’m recruiting on behalf of a growing packaging manufacturer that is looking for a proactive Customer & Sales Support Executive to join its commercial team.
This is a varied role where you’ll act as the main internal contact for customers, managing orders and projects from initial enquiry through to production and delivery. You’ll work closely with sales, estimating, planning, artwork and quality teams to keep everything running smoothly.
The Role
- Process and acknowledge incoming customer orders
- Coordinate pricing through the estimating team
- Liaise with production planning regarding schedules and delivery dates
- Manage new projects and repeat orders from start to finish
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers and the external sales team
- Communicate project timelines and any changes to customers
- Liaise with customers and repro teams regarding artwork
- Support the resolution of quality issues alongside the QA team
- Produce stock and order reports
- Maintain regular customer communication by telephone, email and Teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service, sales support or account coordination experience
- A confident, professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage several priorities
- Comfortable working to deadlines and making decisions under pressure
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- A positive, self-motivated and flexible attitude
- Confident using Microsoft Office and MIS or similar business systems
- Packaging, print or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential
