Holiday Home Sales Advisor – Earn Great Money Helping People Buy Their Dream Getaway

Salary: TBC + uncapped commission, top performers earn £70,000 to £100,000 take-home and in some cases beyond that.

We’re looking for an ambitious Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join our small team. This isn’t your typical stiff sales job — it’s about genuinely connecting with people who are excited about owning a holiday home, helping them find the perfect property, and earning very well while doing it.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (It's More Fun Than It Sounds)
- Meeting and chatting with people who are interested in buying a holiday home (many are already excited when they reach us!)
- Showing them beautiful properties and helping them choose the right one for their lifestyle and budget
- Handling enquiries, arranging viewings, and guiding clients smoothly through the buying process
- Building long-term relationships — many of our clients become friends and even buy more than one property
- Learning the holiday home market (we’ll train you properly if you’re motivated)
- Hitting targets and celebrating wins with the team
No two days are the same. You’ll spend time talking to new and existing customer, viewing properties, and helping people make one of the most exciting purchases of their lives.
Who We’re Looking For
We don’t need you to be a an expert already — we want someone who’s:
- Ambitious and financially-motivated (you’re willing to work hard to learn the ropes of how to work smart)
- A natural communicator who enjoys people and can build rapport easily
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own diary
- Hungry to learn and improve (we take on challenges head on)
- Positive and resilient — sales has ups and downs, but you see the opportunity in both
Previous sales experience isn't necessary, new starters are welcomed.
What we don’t want: People just applying for the sake of it or looking for an easy 9-5 with no pressure to perform. We are performance based
