We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy new-build housing development.
The role will be heavily focused on snagging and finishing plots, ensuring properties are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.

Carrying out snagging inspections across plots

Identifying defects and ensuring works are rectified

Managing finishing trades and subcontractors

Monitoring quality of workmanship

Driving outstanding works through to completion

Preparing plots for CML and customer handover

Re-inspecting completed snagging works
-
Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site

Previous new-build housing experience

Strong snagging and finishing experience
-
Good eye for detail and quality

Confident managing and pushing trades

Valid CSCS
-
SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid preferred
