The Role
- Support the delivery and management of multiple lending products, contributing to the bank’s overall growth strategy
- Collaborate with Origination, Credit, and Product teams to structure tailored solutions
- Play a key role in developing and refining product propositions across Real Estate and SME lending
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
The Person
- Experience in Real Estate or Commercial Lending within a bank or specialist lender
- Strong understanding of end-to-end lending processes
- Collaborative, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
