We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and people-focused General Manager to join The Alchemist - a creative cocktail bar and restaurant where atmosphere, theatre, and exceptional guest experiences are at the centre of everything we do.
This role is perfect for a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves hospitality, and knows how to bring the best out of a team. As Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for leading services, energising the venue, supporting the development of your team, and ensuring every guest leaves having had an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership over the running of the business and development of each departmental team
- Leading a team of managers to success
- Running smooth, high-energy services across the venue
- Leading, motivating, and energising the team throughout shifts
- Acting as a guardian of guest experience and hospitality standards
- Maintaining high venue standards while ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are consistently followed
- Supporting team training, development, and performance
- Managing all aspects of financial reporting and operational responsibilities
- Problem-solving and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment
