Are you an ARB-registered Architect looking to take the next step in your career with a design-led architectural practice?
We are representing a well-established and growing architectural studio based in Birmingham that is continuing to secure exciting work across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, transportation and community projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect seeking greater project ownership, client exposure and the chance to work across all stages of the design and delivery process.
The Role
As an Architect, you will take responsibility for delivering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering projects across RIBA Stages 1-7.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
- Producing and reviewing technical information and construction packages.
- Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- Leading project meetings and contributing to project programming and delivery.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the architectural team.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high design standard.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- ARB registration.
- A minimum of 3 years' post-Part III experience.
- Experience working across multiple RIBA stages.
- Strong technical and detailing capabilities.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience coordinating consultants and project teams.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
Desirable Sector Experience
Experience within one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous:
