We are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join our team based at our Manchester office.
The role will require experience working on Trend BMS controllers, and hold associated certification or training.
What will I be doing?
Undertake the testing, calibration and operation of BMS products and associated control elements such as sensors, valves, dampers etc
To operate and test control panels including power circuits
Undertake BMS software interrogation
Handle fault finding, diagnosis and repair of control panels, instrumentation, actuators, BMS DDC controls and in some cases plant and services
Responsibility for control panel modifications, controller changes
Carry out condition surveys of plant and controls
Prepare and write maintenance and survey reports
