About Garmflow
Garmflow is a fulfilment partner for DTC brands. We handle pick, pack, and returns for a growing roster of D2C clothing and fashion brands out of our Newbury warehouse.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our team. You'll be picking, packing, managing inventory and more for multiple fashion brand clients, working to daily dispatch deadlines and carrier cut-offs. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed both matter.
What You'll Do
- Pick items accurately against orders using our warehouse management system (ShipHero)
- Pack orders to a high standard, matching each client's specific packing requirements and branding guidelines
- Check stock for damage, mislabelling, or discrepancies and flag issues to your coordinator
- Process returns: unpack, inspect, grade, and restock
- Meet daily pick/pack targets and carrier collection deadlines
- Keep your work area tidy, organised, and safe
- Support with replenishment, stock counts, and general warehouse tasks as needed
- Follow client-specific SOPs (some brands have unique folding, tagging, or insert requirements)
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or retail stockroom environment (apparel/fashion experience is a plus but not essential)
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or WMS systems (training provided but some experience needed)
- Strong attention to detail, especially with sizes, colourways, and SKU matching
- Able to keep pace during busy periods without cutting corners
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Basic literacy and numeracy for order checking

- Hours: 40 hours / week - overtime available (Monday - Friday, 9-5)
- Pay: £13 / hr (full time salary can be discussed)
- Start date: Immediate
