'Chef' will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring high-quality food production and preparation for our team. Located in the UK, this position is vital for maintaining our commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative menu items.
- Train new kitchen staff on procedures and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
