What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily operations and staff performance
- Manage stock, costs, and profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, positive approach
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Experience in Italian or casual dining is a bonus
