We are always on the lookout for friendly new faces to join the team and currently have an exciting role in Ulverston. The role will require dedication to customer service of the highest standard, so we are looking for a highly organised individual with enthusiasm, who is efficient, motivated, and keen to help build new business.
The purpose of this role is to bring new properties to market by carrying out market appraisals at properties for sale and to let, managing the instruction process and client contact. You will also be helping the team with other day to day estate agency tasks including handling offers and chasing sales.
You will be expected to lead from the front, demonstrating to the team members, the excellent customer service and sales skills we aim to deliver to our clients.
You will need to ensure work is carried out as efficiently as possible, and that everyone is kept fully informed at all stages of the process.
The role requires an organised, methodical and efficient individual, as it involves lots of multitasking and meeting deadlines. It will very much suit someone who thrives on being in this kind of environment.
Previous experience as a Valuer is preferrable. However, we are happy to consider training an experienced Sales Negotiator who is ready to take the next step.
Considerable previous experience in a UK estate agency is essential.
