Are you an experienced Team Leader, Senior Residential Support Worker, or Deputy Manager looking for a role where your leadership can make a real difference?
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager to join a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in the Milton Keynes area.

The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home delivers outstanding care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for young people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of the home
- Leading and motivating residential care staff
- Promoting safeguarding and high-quality care standards
- Supporting staff development and supervision
- Assisting with compliance and quality assurance processes
- Deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager
What We're Looking For
- Experience within a Children's Residential Care Home
- Experience at Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager level
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Essential)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and Children's Home Regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
