About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Joiner / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry and refurbishment works across our commercial property portfolio, including retail, office, and industrial premises.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- First and second fix joinery works
- General carpentry and refurbishment projects
- Property maintenance and repair works
- Installation of doors, frames, flooring, kitchens, and other joinery items
- Working across commercial retail, office, and industrial properties
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years' joinery experience
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads
- Own tools and reliable transport
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Desirable (but not essential):
- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Decorating
- Roofing
- Electrical experience
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
