We are looking for an experienced Architect / Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role would suit an experienced professional, including someone who is semi-retired, looking for flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop plans for houses, flats, hotels and retail/commercial properties.
- Prepare and manage planning applications and obtain planning approvals.
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initial design through to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Provide professional advice and practical solutions throughout each project.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Architect, Architectural Designer or Project Manager.
- Strong experience in building design and planning applications.
- Experience designing residential and commercial properties, including houses, flats, hotels and shops.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of the UK planning and construction process.
- Strong communication, organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
