Night Care Assistant – Care Home
Location: Chalcraft Hall, Bognor Regis.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £12.75 p/h
Hours: 24 - 36 hours per week
About Us:
We are a warm, welcoming care home committed to providing compassionate, high
quality care for our residents. We are always looking for caring and dedicated people to
join our team either on a permanent or bank staff basis; and we are currently looking to
recruit a Carer to cover night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain high standards of care and service towards service users, relatives,
visitors and other members of staff.
- To deliver care to service users as directed by the service user plan for that
individual, reporting changes or concerns to the team leader/coordinator or
manager.
- To be proactive in providing a safe, forward-thinking environment to help residents
and their visitors to have positive life experiences.
- Ensure that documentation is concise and kept up to date.
- To follow appropriate procedures in the event of accidents/ emergencies e.g. fire,
missing residents.
Requirements:
- A caring attitude and ability to work respectfully in a care environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
