We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Assistant & Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Supervise and support administrative staff and team members to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Utilise XERO for financial record keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Assist in organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.
- Support office management activities including procurement of supplies and liaising with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures across all administrative functions.
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in XERO accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated team management experience with the ability to motivate and oversee staff members.
- Experience in supervising office operations and implementing administrative procedures.
