Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to help us maintain the high standards our guests and staff expect every day. You'll play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment — and your work will make a real difference to every person who walks through our doors.
No experience? No problem. Full training is provided, though previous hotel, hospitality, or cleaning experience is always a plus and prefered but we understand this is not always the case. We will provide training and assitance to learning anything new or not experienced in to ensure we keep upto our standard and guests expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning and sanitising guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to a consistently high standard
- Making beds, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all spaces look their best
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning windows as needed
- Spotting and reporting maintenance issues or damage to management promptly
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Keeping cleaning equipment well maintained and storage areas organised
- Assisting with laundry duties and completing all tasks within set timeframes
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a cleaning role is an advantage — but full training will be given
- A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
- Be able to use initiative and take on tasks without the imedietd need for help from other member of the team may not be able to jump off their current task
