Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Handle specialised cleaning tasks such as window cleaning, carpet shampooing, and organising clutter as required.
- Assist with laundry and ironing services when necessary.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly.
- Maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards clients at all times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and familiarity with cleaning equipment is advantageous.
- Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with light meal preparation or organisational tasks within client premises.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst managing time effectively.
- Organised, reliable, and punctual with a keen eye for detail.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
