Salford Van Hire Limited are one of the country’s leading vehicle rental and contract hire companies who have been trading for 60 years and due to ever increasing workloads and expanding our workforce we are looking to an organised Office Administrator to support and work with our team in a very busy office and fast paced environment.
Time restrictions apply to much of the administration work and concentration, attention to detail, the ability to focus, prioritise and organise are absolute essentials in this role along with the ability to multi-task in a productive and efficient manner.
The correct candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work both alone and as part of a team.
A good understanding of the English language is essential as is a professional telephone manner.
Must be computer literate and able to follow and retain instructions whilst always willing to learn and expand their knowledge.
The role includes dealing with and processing all types of fines, recharges, dealing with police queries, insurance claims, vehicle damages and general data input alongside ad-hoc duties as they arise.
Previous experience in general office administration preferred but not essential.
Hours; Monday – Friday; 9am to 5pm.
5.6 weeks annual leave.
