We are seeking a friendly and professional Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our team. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast service, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm demeanour, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in food service, guest relations, or hospitality is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast service, providing attentive and courteous assistance throughout their visit
- Serve breakfast items efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the breakfast area, including clearing tables and replenishing supplies as needed
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or hotel environments
- Strong communication skills with excellent guest service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly demeanour with a professional approach to guest interactions
- Basic organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
