We are seeking a professional, conscientious and committed individual who wants to play a key role in supporting the safety, wellbeing and success of our learners.
Working with the Designated Safeguarding Leads and within the Safeguarding Team, the successful applicant will promote the safeguarding and welfare of all learners ensuring that safeguarding concerns are identified and responded to appropriately in line with college and statutory procedures.
The post holder will also contribute to staff training and development and support the delivery of key safeguarding and wellbeing topics within the Life Skills and Enrichment Curriculum.
Experience of supporting young people or vulnerable individuals, including providing advice, guidance and appropriate referrals, is essential, together with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
