Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Jewellery Sales and Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect jewellery pieces
- Engage in active upselling by highlighting product features and promotions to enhance customer purchases
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and inviting
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while practicing professional phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, product labeling, and stock counts
- Support daily operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and record keeping
- Looking for a bubbly personality that will be willing to greet walk ins and help with client confidence.
- Support the team in helping with operating the business. From assisting the sales team to working with our B2B clients this is an all round role.
Qualifications
- Multilingual skills with fluency in English ; bilingual candidates highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, pricing, and inventory counts
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock, displays, and customer flow efficiently
- Demonstrated time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that attract customers
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation to foster positive interactions
