The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated barista & FOH to oversee daily coffee operations and set the standard for quality and service on shift. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every cup meets our standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee to a consistently high standard
- Dial in espresso and manage grind adjustments throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels of the coffee station
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Take customer orders and help out on the floor where necessary
About You
- Minimum [2–3] years barista experience
- Strong technical coffee knowledge and ability to dial in
- Ability to steam milk consistently and confidently create latte art
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about coffee quality and customer experience
- Flexible availability, must be able to work at least one weekend day
