Marketing & Social Media Executive (F&B)

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Team Member to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram and TikTok, bringing our food, drinks, and venues to life through engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage social media content for our F&B brand(s)
- Film, edit, and publish Reels and TikTok videos showcasing food, drinks, venues, and experiences
- Create graphic posts to promote menus, offers, events, and campaigns
- Execute and manage social media campaigns aligned with seasonal launches and promotions
- Capture content on-site (behind the scenes, service, plating, staff, atmosphere)
- Stay on top of food, drink, and social media trends
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Track performance, engagement, and growth, and optimise content accordingly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing social media for a brand (F&B experience preferred)
- Confident filming food, drinks, and people in a live hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends, formats, and algorithms
- Graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar
- Creative eye for presentation, lighting, and storytelling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Skills (MUST Have)
- Video editing and motion graphics
- Paid social or campaign management experience
- Influencer, UGC, or collaboration experience
- Photography skills
