Junior Sous Chef
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our busy restaurant kitchen.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be confident working in a fast-paced environment. You'll be passionate about fresh food, committed to maintaining high standards, and able to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and service of high-quality dishes.
- Supporting the management of the kitchen during service.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Helping with stock control and minimising waste.
- Working as part of a motivated and professional team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork.
- Food hygiene knowledge and a commitment to quality.
