Part-Time Front of House Team Member – Gracie’s
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to join our Front of House team at Gracie’s.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a supportive team.
The role is for 4 days per week, with shifts scheduled across a 7-day rota. Full availability throughout the week is therefore required, as your 4 working days may fall on any day from Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and serving customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Delivering food and beverages to tables efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working closely with the team to provide an excellent guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
