Founded in 2014 and based in beautiful East Devon, Powderkeg is a multi-award-winning brewery offering a range of modern session beers in the South West.
Zymoko is the brewery’s rapidly growing contract brewing arm, offering innovative New Product Development for start-ups as well as white-labelling and traditional contract brewing for a wide range of exciting UK beer brands.
We are looking for a senior brewing all-rounder to become a key figure in our small but mighty brewing team. The ideal candidate will:
* Be a creative brewer with a broad experience of different styles and processes, able to be involved in cutting-edge product development as well as process innovations and refinement;
* Be very much hands-on in the brewery environment with a passion for making, processing and packaging the best beer possible;
* Have a strong understanding of QA/QC standards as well as a keen focus on the ongoing management and maintenance of a professional brewing environment;
* Be equally comfortable with customers, confidently liaising with clients in a beer and brewing consultation role
* Be fit and able, adaptable and a real team-player
Start: ASAP
Working Pattern: 5-day week, 8-5pm. Occasional weekend work.
